Copier out of order

Hello. The large copier on first floor is out of order. Says that it has a paper jam and no paper jam is to be found. Multiple attempts to clear the jam have been made and to no avail. What should we do now? Call Patsi? Jan, Tracy, Craig, Shandi have all attempted to fix and it is still not working.

Any ideas?

    Copier has been officially fixed. The worker came out at 7:30 am this morning and solved the problem. He said there was a tiny piece of paper, that we would not have seen, that was stuck inside of it. So now the copier is ready for student use.
