Sharon found the larger Xerox copier unresponsive a couple of days ago, appearing to have no power. We unplugged it for a full 60 seconds and it came back on with no problem. As Michael said with the GoPrint system or computers, turning it off may not clear it's memory.

Many jams in this larger copier today. Very busy morning and was not working well. Craig assisted and pulled out multiple jams.

What is up with this copier? Students don't understand all the choices/options and it keeps jamming.
ReplyDeletea third issue (and I will send this note into Patsi asap) is that someone has shoved a dollar bill into the coin slot. If you are not careful your coin will not slip through. While this is not causing the paper to jam it is simply an issue that needs to be remedied to avoid future problems.
